As we sell a huge variety of products they do take different amounts of time to dispatch.

We also use different couriers depending on the size and weight of the order.

Please use the below list as a approximate guide for when you should roughly receive your order from the date of purchase.

Please note:

The delivery times can slightly increase due to bad weather or high volumes of Sales.

REF: Pre-Order items.

All the Pre-order items are due to arrive approximately the end of September 1st week of October.

REF: Cane and Wicker/Rattan Suites, Sofa's, Chairs and larger Peacock Chairs.

Dispatch time approximately 21-28 working days. 

Delivery time approximately 3-5 working days.

In Total with Delivery 4/5 weeks.

Dispatch time can take slightly longer if we are waiting on cushion fillings or fabric.

When the order has been dispatched we email you with the delivery information.

The courier also contacts you to arrange the delivery.

White Delivery Service.

If the Suite says it will be a White Delivery Service in the description then please read below.

Following an order being placed, for our large furniture items, we will make and assemble your furniture before being collected by our delivery company. 

They shall then contact you in order to arrange a date and time that is suitable for yourself to take delivery. On the day of delivery, our courier company will then place the furniture into a room of your choice, unpack the furniture and then take all packaging away!

You can then sign for delivery knowing you have received your product in good order.

Dispatch time approximately 21-28 working days. 

REF:  Small Cane and Wicker/Rattan Chairs, Tables, Footstools and extras. 

Dispatch time approximately 7-14 working days. 

Delivery time approximately 3-5 working days. (can be longer for remote postcodes) 

When the order has been dispatched we provide you with the tracking information.

 

REF: Smaller Items, Planters, Scatter Cushions are dispatched within 7 Working Days.

Delivery Time: 1-3 Working days.

Tracking is Provided.

 

REF: Pine Furniture. 

Dispatch time approximately 5-10 working days. 

Delivery time is approximately 3-5 working days.

When the order is dispatched we contact you with a tracking number and courier name.

  

REF: Surcharges and no go postcodes.

Does not apply for smaller items and the Pine furniture. 

Please note we can't deliver Conservatory Cane Suites, Chairs, Screens and the Peacock Chairs to the following postcodes... 

KW, PA,IV,PH and any Islands.

If you live in the following postcodes.

AB, TR, PL,TQ, CA, DD, TD, EH, G,DG, KA, ML, FK, KY, LL, EX,LD, SA, CF and SY there will be a £17.50 Surcharge.

The Surcharge is a one off payment for the whole order.

This amount will be requested by email just before dispatch.

What is the dispatch time?

The dispatch time is the amount of time it takes us to carefully check, wrap and book in the order for collection with the Courier.

Once the order has been collected then the order is marked as dispatched.

What is the delivery time?

The amount of time it takes for the Courier to deliver once the order has been collected from ourselves.
